World Intellectual Property Day

On April 26 2010, WIPO celebrates both the 10th anniversary of World Intellectual Property Day and the 40th anniversary of the entry into force of the Convention establishing WIPO (the WIPO Convention).
The theme of World IP Day in this celebratory year is “Innovation – Linking the World”.
To mark the 10th anniversary of the launch of World Intellectual Property Day, WIPO will be framing and displaying, at its headquarters in Geneva, some of the many posters it has received from its Member States and observers over the years.
As in previous years, a summary of the activities organised to celebrate World IP Day will be published on the WIPO website.
